Been patronizing Boba Time for years. They have a variety of drinks that satisfy each one of my family of 6’s varying palates. Their drinks always hit the spot. But this Copper Hill location has been our fave. It’s very clean and inviting. The staff are friendly and so helpful. We always leave happy, and the drinks are consistently satisfying! 🧋💕

This location deserves serious praise. The service was fast, welcoming, and impressively well-coordinated, especially thanks to Elysa. She did a phenomenal job taking orders with a friendly, attentive attitude while also running to the back to help make drinks quickly. That kind of hustle is rare, and it made the whole visit feel smooth and efficient. Even with the pace of orders, Elysa kept everything moving without making customers feel rushed. The drinks came out fast, the energy was positive, and the team clearly cared about keeping the line moving while still delivering quality. As a mystery food reviewer, I pay close attention to consistency, customer service, speed, cleanliness, and overall experience. This Its Boba Time location stood out in all the right ways. Elysa’s work ethic and professionalism made a strong impression, and this location deserves recognition for creating a great customer experience. Highly recommended.

Very good location. I'm not sure if Boba time is a chain but this one seems to be the most consistent one. Always good service, always kind workers. Every time I have came I have seen and talked to Elysa in the front, who is always very pleasant. Definitely deserves a raise and or a manager position or something. But also the guy working with her Miguel is super fast and he gets our drinks out before we can even finish our conversation. Thank you again and will be back soon!

I started coming here because they are conveniently located down the street. With that being said, I kept coming back because my kids love the smoothies. We always order the peach mango smoothie, a chocolate shake, and 75% sweet iced tea. They can get busy, but ordering ahead gets you in and out in no time. The location is very clean and inviting and the staff is amazing. They are always welcoming and polite, no matter how busy it gets. Definitely a fave in my family!

Honestly, every time I go to Boba Time I expect it to be good, but this visit was actually even better. The drink tasted super fresh and perfectly balanced — not overly sweet, not watered down. The boba was soft and chewy in the best way, which makes such a difference. The place was clean, the vibe was nice, and the staff were friendly and quick. You can tell they pay attention to the little details. Definitely coming back to try more flavors.
